In a bowl, you mix the finely chopped basil leaves with TREA Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Koroneiki & Athinoelia to create our marinade/ dressing. Then, you add the mozzarella pearls cut in half, salt and pepper.
Afterward, you cover the bowl and leave them in the refrigerator, to season and exchange their aromas for 30 minutes. Cut the tomatoes in half and place in the bowl.
Serve the cherry tomato, basil and mozzarella salad drizzled with a few drops of TREA Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Koroneiki & Athinoelia and some fresh basil leaves.
