Pasta Salad with Olives, Feta Cheese and Rocket


Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the time given on the pack. Once the pasta is cooked, drain in a colander and leave them until cool.

Then, transfer pasta to a large bowl and add the TREA Plum Olives with Sea Salt, the TREA Kalamon Olives with Sea Salt and the rocket leaves.

Toss well and add salt and pepper, while seasoning with TREA Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Koroneiki. Finally, roughly chop the feta cheese and add to the pasta.

Serve the pasta salad and enjoy.
